Equipment World Inc. is seeking our next great Service Manager to take over for one of our long-standing employees as he moves into retirement.

The Service Manager is responsible for managing the shop and daily routines of mechanical employees with the assistance of our Service Adminstration TEAM.

Some of the things you'll be tackling:

  • Maintaining TEAM productivity
  • Leading by example in standards of customer service and professionalism
  • Ensuring the needs of each customer are met through scheduling and follow-up 
  • Upholding the Quality Assurance programs and standards of service expected from EWI!
  • Aiding in the continuous improvement and innovation of the department
  • Supporting the service TEAM as a proactive, dedicated leader
